ONLINE WORKSHOP
How to Successfully Support Professional Inclusion of Young Persons with Disabilities through the Job Crafting Model
Thursday, 18 September 2025 - From 11.00 to 15.00 CE
The Aktywizacja
Foundation team will present the initial version of the Job Crafting
Model – an effective tool for professionals working on the vocational
inclusion of NEETs with disabilities. During the webinar, the core principles of the model and the tools supporting
young people in finding and maintaining employment will be introduced.
This event is intended for NGOs, CSOs, PESs, and other service providers engaged in supporting the professional inclusion of NEETs with disabilities. The objective of the webinar is to encourage participating organisations to share their recommendations and insights, which may contribute to replicating the innovative job crafting model in other European Union countries. The project team emphasises that the exchange of experiences and expert opinions will not only enhance the quality of the initiative but also strengthen its long-term impact.
The webinar will be held in English. Moderation of the working groups in Polish is also planned.
