Centerkontura’s Study Visit to the Aktywizacja Foundation

Advancing the NEVI‑EVY Project Across Europe

The NEVI‑EVY project continues to progress dynamically across partner countries. As part of the project’s transnational cooperation activities, representatives of the Slovenian organisation Centerkontura visited the Aktywizacja Foundation in Warsaw on 18–19 November 2025 for an intensive two‑day study visit focused on preparing the implementation of the Job Crafting model in Slovenia.

Strengthening Capacity Through Knowledge Exchange

During the visit, job crafters and specialists from the Aktywizacja Foundation shared their extensive experience in supporting young people with disabilities from the NEET group (not in employment, education, or training). The Foundation has developed and tested an innovative Job Crafting approach that helps young people identify their strengths, redesign their tasks, and build sustainable pathways into the labour market. As part of the NEVI‑EVY project, funded by the European Social Fund, this model is now being transferred and adapted to new national contexts. Centerkontura’s role is to pilot the methodology in Slovenia, ensuring it responds to the needs of young people with disabilities and aligns with local support systems.

What the Slovenian Team Experienced

Throughout the study visit, Centerkontura’s specialists:

  • explored the full set of Job Crafting tools developed by the Aktywizacja Foundation
  • exchanged insights and practical experiences directly with an experienced job crafter
  • participated in simulations of different types of disabilities to deepen their understanding of accessibility and inclusion
  • joined the Aktywizacja team in visiting the Invisible Exhibition, an immersive experience that raises awareness of the daily realities of people with visual impairments

These activities provided a strong foundation for Centerkontura to begin adapting and implementing the model in Slovenia.
