NEVI-EVY Job Crafting Model (Online Workshop Materials)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Young people with disabilities remain one of the groups most at\nrisk of exclusion from the labour market in the European Union. Although EU\npolicy increasingly emphasizes inclusion and equal opportunities, Eurostat and\nEuropean Commission data indicate persisting deep inequalities in many areas of\nsocio-professional functioning within the group of persons with disabilities.\nYoung people with disabilities aged 15\u201329 who experience long-term health\nlimitations are more likely than their peers without disabilities to remain\noutside of employment, education, and vocational training, thus falling into\nthe so-called NEET category (not in employment, education, or training).

\nThe NEETcraft Initiative: Innovations for Empowering Youth with Disabilities\nproject addresses this challenge by introducing an innovative \u00a0job crafting<\/i> model. This approach is\nbased on the support of job crafters<\/i> \u2013 specialists who accompany young\npersons with disabilities not only during the recruitment stage but also\nthroughout their employment, ensuring that work is adapted to their individual\nneeds and capacities.

The publication developed within the project presents:
